Town Hall / School

The Town Hall “Rathaus der freien Walser” built by the free Walser people is a contemporary witness. As in many Grisons communities, the Town Hall also featured a classroom. Heidi experiences not only the “school of nature” with her grandfather “Alpöhi”, but also private schooling with Sesemanns in Frankfurt and the traditional village school here in the little village “Dörfli”.
